You have 72 hours ⏳ from the class time to report any issues. After this window closes, the class is automatically confirmed, and the tutor gets their credits. So, if something goes wrong, let us know ASAP so we can help! 💬

Stay in Touch: If something isn’t right during the class, try talking it out with your tutor first. Open communication can often resolve issues quickly. 🗣️💡

📝 How to Report a Problem: It’s Easy!
Go to "My Classes": Log in to your Skilldizer account and head to the "My Classes" section. Here, you’ll see all your upcoming and past classes. 📅
Find the Class with the Issue: Look for the class that has the problem. It will be under the "Waiting" category. 🧐
Report the Problem: Click on the class, then hit "There was a problem" on the right side of the page. You’ll find a simple form to fill out! ✅
Select the Problem and Solution: Choose what went wrong (e.g., poor connection, content issues) and suggest a solution that works for you. You can pick from predefined options or type your own. 📝
Confirm and Submit: Hit "Confirm" to submit your report. We’ll review it, and the other party will be notified. 🌟
⚖️ Resolution Process: Let's Get It Sorted
Response Time: Once your report is submitted, the other party has 7 days 🗓️ to respond with their side of the story or a solution.
Acceptance or Dispute: If both parties agree to the solution, the issue is resolved! 🎉 If not, it will enter Class Dispute status, and we’ll work with you to find a fair resolution. 💼
